After this consultation we can apply for an Agreement in Principle for you so you know how much a lender will consider an application from you for, allowing you to view and offer on properties you know you can afford.
We will also support you by liaising with estate agents when you're putting your offer forward. This appointment also allows you to establish what you can accept on the sale of your property making sure you cover all your costs.
